Birthday Party Packages

Members: $220 (A member is a family currently enrolled in DFAD)
Non-Members: $250

Location: DFAD Annex Room

• Includes up to 12 guests

• Additional guests: $12 per child

• Room capacity: Up to 50 guests

• Tables and chairs included

• Rental time includes both set-up and clean-up (tables and chairs)

• A kitchen with a full fridge is available

• Add an extra 30 minutes for just $50

Your 2-Hour Party Includes

• 30 minutes for set-up, decorating, and greeting guests

• 30-minute age-appropriate dance class and fun party games

• 30 minutes for cake, refreshments, and gift opening

• 30 minutes to celebrate, visit with guests, and clean up

• "Happy Birthday" banner displayed on the studio television

• Small party favor for every guest

• Special birthday gift for the birthday child

• Tables and chairs provided

Dance Class

Our instructor will teach a fun, age-appropriate 30-minute dance class and party games designed for all experience levels.

Children should wear:

• Dance attire or comfortable clothing

• Dance shoes, bare feet, or non-skid socks

Parents are welcome to quietly observe. The dance class will begin approximately 15 minutes after your guests arrive.

Hosted by DFAD

Our staff will:

• Set up tables and chairs

• Assist with decorating

• Help throughout the party

• Clean up after the celebration so you can enjoy the day

Not Included

• Cake and food

• Cutting utensils and serving supplies

• Decorations

• Paper products and tablecloths

• Additional party favors

Booking Information

Please provide an estimated guest count one week before your scheduled party.

A signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit are required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your party.

Any additional guests beyond the included 12 dancers will be added to your balance at $12 per child and must be paid before the party.

Rentals must be completed in person.

A guest list is required prior to the event, and each participating child's parent or guardian must sign a liability waiver.
