Rental Rates

(A member rate is a family currently enrolled in Debbie Felton's Academy of Dance)

Classes, Meetings & Rehearsals

$50 per hour for Members, Non-member $65 per hour

Ideal for:

• Company rehearsals

Auditions

$70 per hour for member, $85 per hour for non-member

Perfect for:

• Dance company auditions

• Ballet auditions

• Theme park auditions

• Casting calls

Workshops & Conventions

$100 per hour for member, $125 per hour for non-member

For larger events where an admission, registration, or audition fee is charged.

Examples include:

• Weekend dance conventions

• Master classes

• Theme park auditions

• Large workshops

• Events with 75+ participants

Available Add-On Services

• Front Desk Staff — $30 per hour

Rental Policies

• Reservations may be made by phone or in person.

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

• Full payment must be received one week prior to accessing the rental space.

• Cancellations made at least one week prior to the event are eligible for a full refund or studio credit.

• Studio credits are valid for six months from the original rental date.

• A signed Rental Agreement is required.

• A Certificate of Insurance is required for all ongoing classes and recurring rentals.
